Only a short 200m stroll to deeded private beach, dock, and boat launch. Spectacular screened patio with hot tub to bask in nature bug-free. Outside, a fire pit and outdoor games. Inside, features kitchen, living room, 2 bdrms (1 queen, 1 bunk bed (double/twin), and full bath. Full sized, stackable washer/dryer, WiFI, Smart TV, dishes, pans, bedding, and towels.

You will have everything at your fingertips, including deeded access to a private beach, dock, and boat launch to use our 2 kayaks! The cottage is equipped with a lovely hot tub on the deck overlooking the property with two chair hammocks! Landscaped with a gorgeous fire pit area, another lounge hammock under the trees and a screened in gazebo.

Cozy Cottage on South Shore. 30 min from Halifax!

A very cozy and peaceful place to base any vacation on the South Shore out of. Very close to hiking and ATV trails. No visible neighbors from the yard, lots of wildlife. Large parking areas. Interior is a mixture of new and re purposed materials. Appliances are small but functional, all the comforts of home but smaller. Double bed is incredibly comfortable. I now have a dock at the lake for swimming or tanning and a canoe is available for use as well. Ski Martock/Ontree, Bent Ridge Winery are within a 10min drive from Chalet Hamlet.
