Alexandra Cottage is a secret hideaway in the heart of the ancient market town of Penryn, offering a luxury retreat in one of Cornwall's most beautiful and bustling coastal areas. The stone-built, slate-roofed cottage has a king-sized bed, an ensuite shower room, and a sumptuously stylish open-plan sitting room/kitchen with a woodburner for cosy nights in after bracing walks on the coastal path. A sunny terrace provides the perfect spot for alfresco dinning with a gas BBQ and wood fired pizza oven. Only 5 minutes drive is the harbour town of Falmouth, with its independent shops and art galleries, beaches and the world-famous National Maritime Museum. It's also within easy reach of the Helford River and its glorious sailing waters, hidden coves and fabulous walking routes. The cottage is tucked in the corner of a large walled garden, across the lawn from a beautiful double-fronted stone house. Alexandra Cottage has its own parking and separate entrance.

Set in the heart of Falmouth, 'the inlet' is a spacious self-catering apartment for 2 persons on the ground floor of my Victorian town house, offering harbour views over the historic sailing port of Falmouth. With its location & views it makes a great escape and is equipped for guests seeking a stylish getaway. Free on-road parking which isn't guarranteed directly outside the premises. As a listed property it’s quirks make it unable to store bikes/wheelchairs owing to fire regulation access.

The Apple Loft is a beautifully converted cottage in the grounds of Tremayne House, providing accommodation for two adults. The Apple Loft has a private courtyard to the back, perfect for long meals on sunny evenings or dozing in the sun. The spacious bedroom and shower room are on the ground floor, with an open plan kitchen/living space on the first floor. The kitchen provides a great space for creating some delicious dishes, while the comfy sofa and log burner make evenings even more cozy.

Located at the end of a quiet lane, this is a very private coastal detached house standing in its own grounds of about 2 acres running down to the coast, with spectacular views across Falmouth Bay to Rosemullion Head. With plenty of off road parking the 3 bedroom accommodation has ample space to relax with a large conservatory, living room with wood burner, sun room and kitchen/diner. The amazing garden even has its own wooded valley descending to the sea and direct access to the coastal path.

Ideally located for Maenporth and Swanpool beaches, coastal path and vibrant Falmouth by car, cycle or foot as well as the Uni campus. The local village boasts a pub, restaurant (both dog friendly), and shop. The golf course, water sports facilities, Treba, Penjerrick and Glen Durgan gardens are all nearby. The Helford has a year round dog friendly beach and pub.

The Boathouse is a brand new, self-contained one bedroom annex set within 4 acres of private gardens. It's a glorious rural retreat, perfectly situated just off the famous Helford River, between the popular villages of Port Navas and Mawnan Smith. The bustling seaside town of Falmouth is a 15 minute drive away. It's a great location for a range of activities - from country walks, kayaking, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, beaching, golf, spa days, or simply relaxing. The perfect getaway!

My cottage is very special. It's full of character: beams, slate and wood floors, comfortable furniture, it has a real cosy cottage feel. It's a calm oasis in the hub of Falmouth. Yet walk to the beaches and all the delights of this fun seaside town. There are Festivals here all through the year. The Oyster Festival in October. River Fal Walking Festival, Cider and Folk Festival (May) Beer Festival (Autumn), Craft fairs, race sailing weekends in August and the famous Sea Shanty Festival.
