Welcome to the City Retreat! Ideal for 1-2 adults, this studio offers a double bed, en-suite bathroom, and kitchenette. Air conditioning (cooling and heating) for year-round comfort. Private driveway parking for one car. Conveniently located near the General Hospital, 5-9 min drive to M27/M3, and 10-15 min drive (40-50 min walk) to the train station and city center. M&S Food Hall and Pure Gym are across the road; Southampton Common Park, Sainsbury's Local, and Londis are within walking distance.

Sit back and relax in this calm, light and airy stylish space, newly fitted throughout, very secluded with its own beautiful private garden in the heart of Warsash village, within easy stroll to shops, cafes, pubs and the shore. Private driveway parking and fast fibre Internet, the spacious hallway leads to a large shower and separate WC. The kitchenette has a microwave combi oven, air fryer, coffee machine, tea & coffee, fridge freezer. There's a dining area, queen size bed and a wood burner.

Situated near the hills of Wallington, Springbank Studio is a detached space equipped with a kitchenette, en-suite shower room, king bed and lounge with a 50" 4K smart TV and pull-out sofa for supreme comfort. There is also under-floor heating throughout Explore the local area populated with pubs within five minutes walking distance, river and marina, beautiful countryside walks and Fareham town centre. A 15 minute drive from Portsmouth that hosts the Victorious Music Festival every Summer.

Access to garden & terrace; ample off road parking adjacent to the accommodation. Spacious Lounge & bedroom area, with en-suite shower room & separate kitchen.

Countryside Studio

Enjoy this studio on the Westermore estate just on the outskirts of the city. Feel like you’re in the countryside while being close to all major attractions. You can enjoy a morning walk on the grounds listening to the birds and an evening glass of wine on your private patio to watch the sunset. Just 5 minutes from the motorway, 10 minutes to the best view in Portsmouth. 20 minute drive to the historic dockyard, spinnaker tower and D-Day museum. Enjoy a short walk to the famous Fort Nelson.

Comfy annex in unique modern house close to forest

Our comfortable annex forms part of our unique architect designed home close to the beautiful New Forest and the solent. Ideally placed for walking, cycling and sightseeing in the forest or on the coast, our airbnb is also near the historic city of Southampton. Comprising a private entrance, sitting room with kitchenette and dining area, and a separate double bedroom with en-suite shower room, the accomodation also has it's own private decking area where guests can enjoy the garden.

This is my small one bed house which is ideal for exploring SE Hampshire & W Sussex. The new king size bed, lounge, kitchen & bathroom provide an ideal base, located in a quiet suburban location. There is excellent access to the A3M & A27, so Portsmouth, Petersfield, Chichester and the South Downs lie within easy reach. I have a nice garden and car bay for my visitors and include broadband and gas central heating which I hope will make your visit relaxing, convenient and enjoyable.
