Welcome to The Farmhouse! This adorable 2 story sits on 17 beautiful acres ready to explore. Themed décor makes this house unique. Stocked with all the comfort & amenities of home. Large porch with grill and xl picnic table, fire pit, gazebo, & 2 car garage. Bring your own dirt bikes/OHV. About 1 hour from Jax airport, minutes from many trail heads, the Suwannee River, Big Shoals State Park, Stephen Foster State Park, fishing, Bienville Outdoors and 11 miles to Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park!

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

Lake Front Apartment

Come relax at the lake. This newly renovated efficiency apartment surrounded by moss draped magnolias is nestled away on tranquil Dykes Pond. With water on two sides, a babbling brook and full lake access it’s perfect for watching fish and other wildlife, swimming or kayaking. There’s a dock for fishing or for just enjoying the lake view. The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place

The Cabin at The Old Parrott Place is ideal for one or two people to stay overnight or for a week. It's rustic, but clean and comfortable, has a king bed, a claw-foot tub, an outdoor shower, a microwave, toaster, small fridge and complementary coffee and tea. Rocking chairs on the porch allow you to spend a little time outdoors enjoying the country air or listening to the birds. *Please Note * There is NO WIFI.

Goat House at Cypress Oaks Farm

In addition to a TV, high speed internet and a coffee bar, we’ve recently improved our outdoor area with a paved patio! Enjoy the cool shaded area and BBQ after a day in the sun. The Goat House is tucked away on the edge of woods on the outskirts of Live Oak. Close enough to run to the store and far enough for a quiet starlit night relaxing in a hammock or enjoying a small bonfire on cool nights.
