Just a two minute walk to Exuma's famous Three Sister Rock beautiful white sand and crystal blue beach. This one bedroom unit is very comfortable and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet, safe and great for morning runs and evening walks. only a short 6 minute drive to the airport. and a 2 minute walk to the nearest food store. "Monkey Sea, 1 & 2" is located on the Queens Highway, on Three Sisters Beach, 5 min. from the airport and 15 min. to the Georgetown itself, in the area of Mount Thompson. (The pin Google places us it at is not across from Jolly Hall, it’s actually across from Three Sisters beach. As there are no formal addresses on the island, the “pin” cannot be moved.) There are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms on the 1st floor and the kitchen and living area upstairs.

High tide is a beautiful ocean view home with beach access (less than a 5 minute walk) and about a 5 minute drive of Sandals Emerald Bay public beach access. Quick 10 minute drive from the airport. Enjoy the sunrise from the front patio. We also provide beach chairs, beach wagon, beach towels, some snorkel gear, volleyball, frisbee, board games, and books for your enjoyment. Back patio has tables and chairs. Additional chairs are available to pull on to the front patio.
