Enjoy a visit to our summer home in Oak Park. It's a 1 mile drive through our historic neighborhood to downtown Ferndale. A 2 bed 1 bath built in 1930 was fully remodeled in 2020, including the addition of AC. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do when we come home to work remotely near family twice yearly. Enjoy the fully stocked kitchen; we love to cook! But make sure to take advantage of all the bars and restaurants in Ferndale. If traveling with the pup, there's a large fenced-in yard.

This lovely four bedroom colonial style home is located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Our Palmer House (as we call it) has a spacious living room with a large TV for relaxing. Off the kitchen you can also relax in the den while being cozy near the gas fireplace. The kitchen offers plenty of counter space for cooking and the dining room has a huge table that easily fits 6 to 8 people. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths offers plenty of space and there is a half bath on the main floor as well.

Welcome to modern living in Royal Oak! Our 4 bed/2.5 bath home is ideal for group or family trips. Steps from Dream Cruise and Beaumont hospital Enjoy a custom-bricked patio with a fire pit or our newly renovated bar with friends or family. Our home has three bedrooms and one swing bedroom (Murphy bed so can be a bedroom or private office). We also have two pull-out queen sofa beds. The backyard is fully fenced.
