Bright airy split level apartment 22kW EV charging
Our bright, spacious apartment is located adjacent to our family home in the Fleet Conservation Area. It is detached from the main house with private access and off road parking (Use of our 3 phase 22kW EV charger by separate arrangement - £10 per off peak charge, £5 for hybrids) A few minutes walk from Fleet high street with lots of shops, pubs and restaurants, close to Calthorpe Park, the Basingstoke Canal and Fleet Pond. Our apartment was designed and signed off to UK building regulations.

Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

The road is urban but only a short walk to the Basingstoke Canal. The main bed is large enough for two adults & the table folds to a small bed which is suitable for 1 adult/2 small children. TV/DVD. Large, luxurious and serene living space with free off street parking. The loft conversion is extensive covering entire length of extended bungalow and comes with private entrance & bath. The master bedroom has a super king size bed, another sofa bed and a lounge area with TV. The second room has a bath, kitchenette and dining area. The sofa bed here provides further sleeping flexibility. Kitchenette has tea/coffee facilities, toaster, microwave & mini fridge-freezer but no cooking facilities.

A peaceful private annex in a wonderful semi-rural location in the picturesque village of Pirbright. The annex has off street parking and its own separate entrance. Pirbright is an archetypal Surrey village, with a pretty village green and two excellent pubs. Surrounded by beautiful countryside it is perfect for walking and cycling. Brookwood mainline station is 2 miles away, providing a direct service to Waterloo. Guildford and Woking are close by providing theatres, bars and restaurants.

1 Bedroom Mews Upside Down Character Cottage
Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway between Farnborough and Aldershot. Free private parking away from main road. Strictly NO VISITORS AND PARTIES. Only 2 adults are allowed in the property as per booking. No children or pets. Security camera facing the gate entrance of the property will be used to verify check-in (3pm onwards) and check-out (10am). No smoking or vaping inside the property. Quiet hours 10pm to 8am. We CANNOT receive post nor keep items for guests.
