This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Nyd en stilfuld oplevelse i denne centralt beliggende bolig. Lejligheden er splinterny med alle faciliteter og ligger meget centralt på Færøerne, kun ca 1/2 timers kørsel til alle øerne. Der er 3 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge og et rummeligt badeværelse. Stort køkken-alrum. Alt køkkenudstyr, køle-fryseskab og opvaskemaskine. A house on the edge of the cliff. Direct view form the living area of the famous statue "The Seal Woman" and the steepest mountains in the Faroe Island. On 1st floor there is kitchen and living room in one room. In the kitchen there are the normal facilities. There is also a bathroom with shower. Upstairs there are two bedrooms that can accommodate 7 people. Outside the house there is a small balcony, where you can enjoy the spectacular view. You need to take a ferry to get to the house.

It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

It is a peaceful place close to a grocery, restaurant, a bowling alley, a shop with local craft, art and boat museum, and also Viking ruins. There are good conditions for fishing and fishing gear is available. There is free parking, Wi-Fi and cable TV.

It is located in the charming village of Leynar, a central base to explore much of the Faroe Islands. The accommodation only 25 KM (16 Miles) from both the airport and the capital.
