Very sunny room, common bathroom next to bedroom. There is one other private half bathroom in the house. The basement bedroom has treadmill for workout as well as private full size freeze. You can use them if basement room is not occupied. This is corner house so plenty of open space and parking. New double/full bed and mattress. The house has big open deck. Guests are welcomed to use deck. Ps: you can check in anytime but pls book before 10 pm. This is smallest room.

There will be little on/off sound of HVAC unit from utility room. Additional cleaning fee for separate bed for 2 people.
