Our ranch style home is decorated with farmhouse charm ,located on the edge of town. It is on Hwy 18, centrally located to several sites of interest in Fayette including Decorah, Luther College, Upper Iowa College, Clermont, Elgin. This is a 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath with two living rooms, full size kitchen and Dining room and a game room which includes pinball machine, ski ball, and a pac-man multi game machine. This is a NO animals allowed property. Contractor reservations need prior approval w/host

Comfortable bedding and an abundance of bathroom towels to make your stay easy. The house is located on a large corner lot with a large yard and old growth trees. Full kitchen with all the kitchen utensils, coffee pot, pots/pans and appliances.

WiFi available but you’re basically inside a tin can in a cornfield so reception is NOT GREAT (hence NO TV.) A gas grill, picnic table & 4 Adirondack chairs surround your fire pit. All on the grounds of a winery & vineyard surrounded by 300 acres of corn! Volga Lake State Rec Area adjacent w/a lake for paddling, fishing, & miles of trails.

With your stay you will have 4 full bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, laundry, a full kitchen with a dishwasher, the Great Room, gas fireplace, two dining areas, and large outside deck space, which includes a gas grill, to enjoy the starry nights and beautiful views. The Mink Creek Lodge has miles of maintained trails, a fire ring with fire wood, and the Mink Creek is a stocked trout stream. The host and hostess live in the walk out basement. No areas or entrances are shared with the guest.

The EJ house was built in 1905 with the original woodwork, stain glass windows and front door. The house is a little over 1600 sqft of living space. The house has 4 bedrooms with three queen beds and one full size bed. Guests will find it to be surprisingly spacious and a comfortable place to work, play or relax. There is a full-size washer and dryer in the house. The house has central air for those warm summer days or enjoy the large back deck. The woodwork is original to the house.

This upstairs studio space provides a get-away, perched above the heart of Clermont, Iowa. The studio is just steps away from a local pub called The Green Door (also owned by the hosts) - so make plans to stop into the pub & enjoy - then a few steps up to your respite. Newly renovated. Cozy for a single or a couple. With a queen bed & a chaise lounge couch. Nicknamed the Bird's Nest for how it is perched above/behind the pub. It's our secret get-away & now it can be yours!

The keypad entry provides the freedom to come and go as you please, enhancing your sense of independence.

Cushion Cabins 东区

Very private, secluded and relaxing spot within 30 yards of walking or biking trail. Enjoy wildlife, plenty of deer and eagles to watch off the large open front porch. Fire pits for each cabin with firewood provided. Grill provided in front yard. Two private bedrooms with a queen bed in each. Kitchen included microwave, 2-burner stove and full size refrigerator. Coffee make and toaster also provided. River for canoeing and kayaking within walking distance.

Enjoy the use of kayaks, canoe, and a rowboat—life jackets provided. Rural setting with self-check-in. Expect charm, nature, and a truly unplugged experience.
