With a convenient location and charming interior, The Zelek House offers its guests a comforting, cozy stay. As a tribute to locals who lived and loved well in their homes for many decades, The Zelek House embodies a sense of family and warmth within its walls. Enjoy the original hardwood floors, a few of Ms. Zelek's pieces of furniture, and other relics to honor our local people and past. Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our place is on a little dirt road with a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains and horses grazing in the field. Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. No nosy neighbors, but the sound of children playing nearby. Just minutes away from rafting, mountain climbing and new river gorge

When visiting the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve, stay at this quaint stone cottage less than a mile off of Route 19 in downtown Oak Hill, WV. Things to Note: This little cottage has skylights upstairs, so light floods into this space from sunrise to sundown. Also, the mattress is firm. Finally, the hot water is provided via a tankless hot water heater, which has been known to cause water temperature variability.
