The Ames House is an authentic company house from the booming coal mine era in WV that has been completely remodeled to fit anyone's modern needs. Experience a part of WV history that is conveniently located within walking distance to one of America's biggest adventure resorts. A short drive across the NRG Bridge puts you in Fayetteville.

NRG National Park is your neighbor at the Zen Box

Tucked away at the end of a gravel road, this cozy space is directly next to the National Park. Walk or bike from the door to the Arrowhead Trails, Kaymoor and Longpoint. The Zen Box is a peaceful basecamp for all of your New River Gorge National Park adventures. Relax on your private parkside deck, wake up to bird song, and enjoy a canopy of stars in a night sky unimpeded by light pollution. The Zen Box has everything you need to explore all that the area has to offer, 3 minutes from town.

The Swiftwater Creekside Cabin at New River Gorge

The Swiftwater Creekside Cabin is located minutes from the New River Gorge National Park. Luxury meets rustic in this completely remodeled cabin that is a stones throw from the scenic Mill Creek. Spot a trout swimming in the creek during the day and let the rapids sooth you to sleep at night. You are likely to see deer, squirrels, and turkey wondering the forest. This is the most quiet and peaceful location you will find that is still a 5 mile radius from the major park attractions.

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. Our place is on a little dirt road with a beautiful view of the sun rising over the mountains and horses grazing in the field. Off the main road approximately 1/10 of a mile with no traffic in front of the house. Beautiful backyard with a fire pit and grill, also corn hole for outdoor fun. No nosy neighbors, but the sound of children playing nearby. Just minutes away from rafting, mountain climbing and new river gorge

Dogwood Lane Retreat

Enjoy your visit to the New River Gorge Park and Preserve by staying at this luxury log cabin in the woods. This cabin is located south of downtown Fayetteville but convenient to all recreational activities. The cabin boasts a cathedral ceiling in the living room with lots of windows letting in the evening light. The wrap around porch provides ample seating to enjoy the environment. An outdoor fireplace and separate fire pit allow you to keep warm on spring and fall nights.

The Gauley River Treehouse

Enjoy your time in the trees! Hear the white water rapids of the Gauley from our front deck as you take in the scenic views of the forest. Truly, a one of a kind experience. Our treehouse is located in Boulder Trail, which is on over 100 acres of private land. It also includes a common area with a covered shelter, with an outdoor Fireplace that’s a short walk away. We are located 5 minutes from Summersville Lake and 15 minutes from New River Gorge National Park!

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. This 1800's, picturesque, log cabin is located just feet from the newest 'National Park'. The New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. Only 2/10's of a mile from The Endless Wall Trail, an easy 5-minute walk from the cabin. If you are an outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, biking, rock-climbing, white-water rafting, etc..., or just want to get away from the big city, you're not going to find a better place.

Melt in the Mountains

This house is conveniently located off of Route 19. You will be located one mile from the New River Gorge Bridge. You will be within a 15 minute walk to all Fayetteville has to offer. It is a short drive or bike ride to hiking trails, mountain biking trails, rock climbing or white water rafting. The house sits on a 1/2 acre lot, that is enclosed with a chainlink fence, for those of you who are bringing a pet.
