The house gets tons of natural light and has a single dedicated parking spot for a car or small SUV. In the fully fenced backyard is a private covered hot tub. The home's interior is very welcoming with a unique western cabin theme. The kitchen has new stainless steel appliances and an electric fireplace for those rainy PNW days.

Our place is just a few miles from the Fauntleroy/Vashon ferry terminal, and minutes from the town of Vashon. Tucked snuggly on the West side of the island, the cabin looks west over Colvos Passage. The cabin itself is essentially a spacious studio-- one large room with a loft, a small kitchen, and bathroom. A queen size bed is in the loft, and the couch comfortably sleeps one person. The bathroom has a large clawfoot soaking tub, and there is an outdoor shower. It is extremely cozy!

Our tree-house, built by Pete Nelson of Treehouse Masters, aired as the African Safari Hut. The professionally designed interior is filled with African artifacts. It was designed to be a writer's cottage for Skeeter who is an author and an African historian. Skeeter and Jacque love having guests stay at the treehouse, especially writers and artists looking for a retreat to work on their craft. With few exceptions, the treehouse is available for stays of 2 to 5 days.

This home is located on a private road with 2 parking spots and separate entry. You will have your own private apartment, beach on Angle Lake. Lake view from your bedroom, living room or balcony with 180 degree of lake view.
