Modern 3 bedroom house - sleeps 6 - with WIFI, good view, on a quiet street, and short 5 minute walk to the grocery shop. Tennis courts, volley ball & children's play area at the rear of and can view from the property. Only 250m from the beach. Sea views from inside home, and from decks. Bike riders and walkers will love Waiterere. Cars and quad bikes are also allowed on the beach. On the beach you can sail board, drive quads, fishing from shore or boat. There is a Beach surf club.

We welcome you to stay in our 1940's Art Deco home. It has stunning views, all day sun, situated in a sheltered and private garden. The home has been redecorated and is welcoming with two outdoor dining areas. Walking distance to markets, art & glass galleries, river & restaurants. There is a rental apartment in part of the downstairs floor area that has separate access & their own courtyard, so we appreciate your consideration for noise.

Feilding House

The listing price $190 is for 1 room, 2 guests. The entire house is available for the 2 guests to use. If you have others in your party the extra cost is $150 per night per room. No one lives in the house. We don't allow sharing with strangers. Once booked, 1 room or four its all yours to use, just like your own home. We have just added another room with a Queen bed. Access is off the main bedroom separated by a large dressing room.
