Orchard Cottage at Howlett Hall with hot tub

Orchard Cottage is located in the beautiful village of Warkworth. It's a 5 minute walk away from the River Coquet and Warkworth Hermitage. The famous Warkworth Castle and village centre are only 15 minutes away by foot and the stunning Warkworth Beach is only 10 minutes by car from our cottages. The location of the Meadow Cottage allows for an easy access to water sports. There are two bedrooms upstairs, living room, a wood burner, kitchen with fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.

This luxury converted Bedford tk horsebox is sited in the meadow of Little low Haugh, just 0.9 miles from Morpeth.With stunning panoramic views of ancient woodland enveloping the quiet little spot it sits in. This classic Tk has been described as a cottage on wheels, with handmade furnishings, hot shower, wood burning stove, gas hob, and lighting throughout. The sleeping area is a double bed with luxury bedding. Firewood is provided as well as fire pit with all BBQ equipment. Hot tubs available.

The Fallows Rest has 2 large bedrooms, one with en-suite toilet, a bathroom with large shower, a fully equipped kitchen inc coffee machine. The lounge has a 50 inch tv with Netflix, DVD player & WiFi. Externally there is a luxury private hot tub with Bluetooth speakers, composite decking & seating area surrounded by safety rails to keep pets & children safe. Free 18 hole golf for our guests as well as tennis courts and children’s play park. Lots of coastal & country walks right on our doorstep!

This stylish Pod is perfectly positioned above Edlingham Vale, with the Simonside hills beyond. Deep in the heart of North Northumberland, amenities in Alnwick and activities are just a 10 minute drive away. Next to the Pod, there is parking for 2 cars. Our Pod overlooks the hilltop Farm Steading of Overthwarts, giving panoramic views of the countryside. With your own private gated entrance, you can come and go as you please or enjoy the views from the comfort of the wood fired Kirami hot tub.

Moonraker is our cosy narrowboat for luxury glamping, set into the hillside with views all around and Dark Skies which you can enjoy from the Hot Tub, All linen and towels provided. Shower and toilet in the bow of the boat. Kitchen with everything you would need. Fire pit, bbq, garden furniture outside. 5 minute drive to our local pub for bar meals, 10 minutes to the coast & Alnwick Castle & Gardens. Beautiful cosy Shepherds Hut with views over the local countryside. Our bespoke hand made, wood fired hot tub offers a unique bathing experience. Enjoy the natural warmth of the water, heated and ready for your arrival. This does need to be booked in advance, a minimum of 24 hours notice is required at a charge of £40. If your stay is longer than one night we can empty, refill and reheat for a small charge of £15.00 per night.
