Spend your leisure days swimming, kayaking, fishing or just wading in the clear shallow water. Or you may just enjoy the sun rise over the lake from behind the large kitchen bay windows. Within minutes are the amazing restaurants of downtown Fenton & Holly, and ski resorts at Alpine Valley & Pine Knob.

Beautiful country setting on 5 acres surrounded by woods at the end of a private road. Guests will enjoy the entire lower level of our home and have their own private entrance. Door on Airbnb side locks. The outdoor space includes a deck with dining area equipped with LED lighting, pickleball court, 2 Hammocks, firepit, charcoal grill, Umbrella, Tiki Torches. Pets are welcome! $60.00 Pet Fee Within 15 minutes to downtown Ann Arbor, Brighton, Novi and area Metro Parks. Speed limit 15MPH

Forget your worries in this spacious, serene guest suite. This lower level suite offers keyless entry for self check-in and is accessible by a private guest pathway. The open floor plan offers a living area, dining area, recently remodeled kitchenette and bathroom, pool table & dart board, and a walk-out patio to enjoy a tranquil setting with a pond and wildlife in view. We are just minutes from many wedding venues, Ascension Hospital, Pine Knob & Mt Holly, music venues, and shopping.

Secluded Lakehouse with Hot Tub/game room

Get away to the quiet of a lake and all that nature has to offer! Enjoy an amazing panoramic view of Little Pleasant Lake while soaking in a steaming hot tub in complete isolation. Fishing is possible year round (bring your own pole). Hike the miles of area trails in fall leaves or quiet snow. Light a bonfire after games of corn-hole and table tennis. Unwind on the upstairs balcony after dark and drink in the sounds of the lake and woods. This is the escape you’ve been needing.

Cabin 1: Horses & Hot Tubs on Perry Lake

This is one of 4 guest cabins on the property. We are an adults-only venue except for special Family Weeks. Please inquire about our kid-friendly dates. You'll be visiting the High Line cabin at Stillwater Stays. This upcycled shipping container is cantilevered above an old-growth forest and perched 70’ above Perry Lake. Finished in 2022, the premium interior feels fresh and modern. Guests enjoy lake access, encounters with horses, bird watching, and acres of hiking trails.

The Suite on 225 Third Street

Welcome to the Fenton Farmhouse Suite, one of two units (503 N. East St.), located near downtown Fenton and centrally located to all amenities. This home features a full kitchen, bistro seating for four. The living room features plenty of seating for watching favorite movies and shows. The upstairs features the full bathroom with a bath/shower combo. Two bedrooms, one king and one queen sized bed. All the comforts of home while you are away. Private Entrance.

The Kayak House on Buckhorn Lake

Disconnect and unwind at this peaceful lakefront home. Buckhorn Lake is a private, no wake lake perfect for nature lovers. Fish off the dock, make use of four available kayaks, play corn hole, and relax the night away at the bonfire pit. Enjoy your meals in the three season room with a wonderful view of the lake. Open concept kitchen with gas stove. 1.4 miles away from hiking trails at Rose Oaks county park and a ten minute drive to downtown Holly.
