Big South Fork National Recreation Area, Pickett State Park, Historic Rugby, Muddy Pond, and Sgt. Alvin C. York's Museum and Burial Place are all within 30 minutes.

The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

Relax on the front porch or around the fire pit, wood or gas. Bring your fishing poles and fish the beautiful stocked pond.

The cabin is 8 miles from East Fork Stables and 15 from Honey Creek and many other Big South Fork Trail Heads for riding horses and hiking. If you have horses you’d like to bring, East Fork and Honey Creek offer stalls and tons of trails. It’s a short drive to WalMart and Muddy Pond. We also have two RV campsites available with water and electric that are listed separately on AirBNB.

When you step inside you are invited into a fully equipped kitchen that then goes into the living room, the couch does convert into a bed to comfortably sleep two extra guest. It may be a tiny house but it has a king sized bed as well as a full bathroom.

The pond is stocked with 4 types of fish, so bring your gear. You can watch the hawks, ducks maybe even some deer. Everything you need is provided whether you stay a night or a week.
