Enjoy a private, main floor, three room suite with private off street parking and private entrance. No stairs to climb, just a ramp onto the deck entrance. You will have a living room with a couch, recliner, TV and small dining table. The bedroom has a queen size bed and a well stocked kitchenette. The ensuite provides a closet, plenty of shelving, storage cabinet and a full bathroom with apartment size combination washer & dryer. We'd be happy to share our back deck with you as well.

Hello! We're a small town local MN family hoping to share our getaway with others to make memories in. Nestled in acres of woods by a peaceful lake, this cabin contains plenty of amenities to have special moments with your family. Whether it be enjoying a game of cornhole while grilling a steak, taking the kayak out for fishing, or staying indoors next to the fire place! PLEASE BE AWARE, there is a cabin directly next to this one on the north side, that we share a driveway with.

Shopping and dining experiences are literally just outside the apartment door! This upper level apartment faces north and is a quiet sanctuary that will allow you to relax and enjoy your stay! If you like to explore, the city River Walk is less than a block away and Lake Alice offers a wonderful walking tour year round!

We would love to have you come stay at our little barndo in town. Lower level fully furnished w/ full kitchen & washer and dryer! Queen bed and new sofa-sleeper size Queen. The lower level walk-out bunkhouse is a full apartment . We have a two teared deck available for you and grill. Our outside furniture will look different than the photos taken. Very safe “local” neighborhood great for jogging or biking! We own all the land in the pasture so feel free to go adventuring!

Located in the lakes area in-between Vergas and Frazee (about 10 minutes from Perham) this newly renovated gem has an open space downstairs and upstairs. Spacious bathroom, big gather room, open bedroom concept, and laundry room. Winter time favorites in the area include snowmobiling, skiing & snowboarding, ice skating, ice fishing, cross country skiing, and bingo nights at Billy's Bar in local town of Vergas.
