Over 1500 sq. feet, this 1880's executive loft has been completely renovated and is located one block off Route 66 and the beautiful Carthage square. It boasts 2 great rooms, a bedroom, gourmet kitchen, luxurious primary bathroom, half bath and laundry area. We own the entire building, and have 3 other units that can be booked in conjunction with this one in the same building. It's within walking distance to the Civil War Museum, YMCA, bowling, antique shops, boutiques, salons, and restaurants.

The Studio on Hazel

This cozy boho themed duplex is located in Carthage, Missouri. It is a fully furnished studio that includes 1 queen bed, and a new innerspring full futon mattress. It has a newly updated bathroom, spacious kitchen, a work area, and high speed internet. A 55” Vizio Smart TV with access to Netflix, Hulu, etc located in living room. You may bring your pets! We provide general supplies to give your pets a comfortable stay as well. The Joplin Art House is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood within 2 miles of restaurants, shopping, I-44 & schools. I try my best to be flexible & provide my guests with the best experience possible!

Old Missouri Farm

Newly remodeled, 120 yr old farm house and cattle ranch on 125 acres of Ozark fields and forest off historic Route 66 Highway. We welcome those who can stay just one night or those who want to stay longer. Hike in our woods, view wildlife, enjoy a bonfire, or just sit on the porch and relax! We have an Activity Barn with all sorts of outdoor gear/toys. The house has a fully equipped kitchen and we are close to the historic town of Carthage where there are several great restaurants.

Stairs and dock are available for easy access to the river. Great fishing. Kayaks and canoe available also tubes for floating. Continental breakfast, lots of drinks and snacks. Sit on the spacious deck and watch the wildlife. Enjoy the quiet surroundings. You won’t find a little vacation getaway any better in our area. Come experience the quiet & the beautiful surroundings.

Close to town without the crowds. minutes from the crossroads of i49 & i44 we are easy to get to. close to the restaurant district & shopping. setting in the corner of 10 acres at the end of the road. our horses will greet you, expecting a treat… still working on stalls and landscaping, please excuse the mess.

So close to Route 66

This renovated space is on the second floor* of an historic downtown building just steps off the original Route 66. *Climbing steps is required. The staircase is wide, solid, with sturdy handrail, and has a landing halfway up. We're happy to help carry luggage, if that's an issue.

Stay in the middle of a working ranch. Home is minutes outside of town but the feeling is isolation. If you want to get away for a while, this is your place.
