In a glorious rural setting with spectacular long distance views to the Trossachs, this delightful converted Steading enjoys a very convenient location, being within 45 minutes drive of Edinburgh, Perth, Stirling and Glasgow. In a quiet setting situated on a private estate. Forming two sides of an attractive courtyard, opposite the owner's parents home on their country estate, each has a separate entrance and enjoys its own cottage garden, with shared use of a games room. Stylish furnishings, bright interior design and generous use of space make these cottages relaxing and comfortable retreats after a day spent exploring the delightful surrounding area or participating in the wide range of outdoor activities. Fishing, shooting, hillwalking, ancient castles and battlefields and golf are all nearby. Several excellent restaurants are within 3 miles. The town of Dollar with good shopping is 2 miles away. Pets are welcome by prior arrangement. The 2 cottages can be taken together or individually OCHIL COTTAGE (Sleeps 8) This old barn has been recently converted and refurbished to the highest standards. It has a large living room with open fire and a spacious modern fitted kitchen/dinning room with door to terrace and garden. There is a utility room and WC on the ground floor. On the first floor there are four bedrooms: two twin bedded rooms and two twin or double. Two bathrooms/WC, one with a bath/shower attachment and one with over-bath shower. Services included: Bed linen and towels, cot, high chair, colour TV and DVD, CD/cassette/radio, microwave, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, small garden with terrace and garden furniture. Pets by prior arrangement. Electrical heating and logs for the open fire. BLASHIE COTTAGE (Sleeps 6) This barn has also been recently converted and refurbished to similar high standards. The entrance hall leads onto a Living Room with open fire. There is a fully fitted Kitchen/Dinning Room and Utlility room/Boot Room with door to garden. There are three bedrooms: a double and two twins. One bathroom with bath and over shower and one shower room each with basins and WCs. Services included: Bed linen and towels, cot, high chair, colour TV and video, CD/cassette/radio, dish washer, washing machine/dryer, small garden with terrace and garden furniture. Pets by prior arrangement. Electrical heating and logs for the open fire.

The Potting Sheds - Unit number 1

This accommodation is designed for short stay overnight accommodation - it is not self catering unlike the cottages on our site. The ensuite shower room/wet room contains a shower, hand basin and toilet, towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. TV's are not provided though WIFI is available throughout. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets are supplied along with a kettle and mugs. .

Kingfisher Lodge with Hot Tub

Kingfisher Lodge near Cupar in Fife is a great bolthole for families with a master king size bedroom with en-suite and a twin bedroom with a separate shower room. This lodge has a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. Outside there is a large enclosed decking complete with private hot tub. Our pygmy goats are located to the left of Kingfisher Lodge, be sure to say hello!
