Schmitten liegt auf einer Sonnenterrasse über dem Landwasser-Viadukt, dem Wahrzeichen der Rhätischen Bahn, im "Park Ela" dem grössten Naturpark der Schweiz mit unbegrenzten Freizeitmöglichkeiten.

The supermarket is on the ground floor and all the bus stop is just 50 meter from the front door. We offer you a welcome breakfast, doing so from the beginning of your stay you will be stress-free.

Diese Wohnung bietet Platz für 4 Personen mit 2 Doppelzimmer und wurde in Zusammenarbeit mit IKEA sorgfältig eingerichtet und dekoriert. Ein perfekter Ort für Entspannung, Erholung, die Seele baumeln lassen. Das Haus steht mitten in Bergün, visavi vom alten Turm und nähe Volg in mitten vom historischen Dorfzentrum.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.

The most common compliment heard among our summer guests is, "This is paradise!". So inviting on a hot summer day, the infinity pool is just outside the door and the pleasant sound of water spilling over the edge is soothing and restful. The quiet, luxuriously green countryside is perfect for short walks to the nearby picturesque villages of Livo and Naro and long walks climbing the beautiful mountainous area we live in.

Wir stellen eine komplett eingerichtete Wohnküche sowie eine Waschküche zum trockenen der Skikleider, Schuhe ect zur Verfügung, wer will darf die Waschmaschine gerne mitbenützen. Internetfernseher und WLAN stellen wir Gratis zur Verfügung.
