The Meeker House (Charming 3/4 Bedroom w/ Hot Tub)

Ideal for families in need of ample space, a getaway with friends, or business travel, this residence boasts an open & warm layout. The house features three bedrooms, a den, & a bonus landing on the second floor. Additionally, there's a private hot tub that seats 3 to 4 guests. The kitchen is fully updated & well-equipped. Conveniently located within walking distance of downtown BG and City Park, & close to BGSU. This spacious mid-century modern home invites you to come & enjoy its comforts.

Rusty's Loft

Rusty's Loft is a second story chalet style one room apartment adjacent to our house, with 360 degree views of farm fields, woods and a pond. There is a large wrap around deck with comfortable furniture. The 900 sf space includes a full bath and full kitchen with all appliances and accessories. The full bath is fully furnished with lots of towels and bathroom necessities. There’s a campsite behind the loft with a double swing and rocking chairs as well as a fire pit and included firewood.

The Granary

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.

Be Our Guest - 2 bedroom, 2 bath

This charming 2 bedroom, 2 bathrooms (shower in both- larger shower upstairs), makes for the best alternative to Hotel/Motel in this area. 1100 sq. ft. of comfort over the main level and lofted bedroom. The functional kitchen offers snacks and an open-plan to the cozy living/dining room. The living room has a comfortable sofa, reading nook (extra sleeping for a child), TV ready to stream all your favorites and Wi-Fi. The second bedroom upstairs also has a TV.

2 Story Luxury Loft Downtown

2 story luxury loft apartment downtown Findlay on the second and third floor of the Property Analysts building. Over 3600 square foot, 4 bed, 3.5 bath. Main floor includes living, kitchen, dining(currently ping pong/game room), half bath, laundry, master bed/bath/closet. Upper level includes loft/bar area, 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Great location downtown in the DORA(drinking district). Loft area is not very kid friendly as you can see in pictures. Sleeps 8-10.

Stay at the 3000 sq ft modern barn bed & breakfast with formal gardens and a swimming pond. You'll have total, private access to the barn. Cook in the equipped kitchen or out on the bbq. Have a picnic at the gazebo or go for a walk in the garden. Play lawn games, make s'mores around the firepit or stay in and watch a movie. Right in the middle of and less then 30 minutes away from Perrysburg, Findlay, Fremont and Tiffin.

Front covered porch with swing, two bedrooms upstairs, one room downstairs with pull out sofa all with comfy linens, two full bathrooms. A spacious backyard. 0.33 acres. Fully remodeled 1900 craft man style home. May not be suitable for Elderly or children because of stairs.
