Vaulted family room with floor to ceiling stone fireplace, master bedroom with stone fireplace and queen bed on main floor, large kitchen with Corian countertops and maple island with butcher block top that seats four, country dining table that seats six, two additional bedrooms,(second bedroom has queen bed and third bedroom has full bed plus twin bunk bed and a window seat bed) and large recreation room on lower level with walkout slider. Enjoy summers fishing, water-skiing or boating to your favorite restaurant from a slip at East Bluff Marina - just a 3 minute walk from the front door. Or rent a slip at Keuka State Park Marina or swim from the sandy beach.(3 Miles). Free boat launch from Penn Yan Park. Enjoy your favorite local wines on the covered porch as you overlook the lake, or relax in the six person hot tub off the private back deck. In the winter, ski at Bristol Mountain just thirty minutes away.
