The new, fully equipped villa is situated in a tranquil location on the shore of the clear and pristine Lake Kuolimo. It is the perfect place to escape from everyday life and enjoy nature. The main building is located on top of a hill, and almost every window offers beautiful lake views. Along the shoreline, there is also a separate sauna building. The villa is suited for families or small groups. Parties or other big catherings are not allowed. The stated number of guests must not be exceeded.

Tämä ihana huvila sopii täydellisesti sinulle, joka etsit luonnon läheisyyttä ja asumisen luksusta saariston rauhassa meren rannalta. Huikea merinäkymä panoraamaikkunoista ja poreallas meren yllä, 150m2 terassilla. Omaa rantaa yli 100 m ja ympärillä Saaristomeren kirkasta vettä. Keittiö ja kylpyhuoneet ovat erittäin korkeatasoiset ja näyttävät. Autolla pääsee pihaan ja latauspisteellä lataat sähköauton. Losseja kulkee koko ajan ympäri vuorokauden. Villa Kinos is located next to pure nature and fresh water. From the living room you have views to the lake and if you get lucky you can see the aurora borealis. The villa has five bedrooms and can accommodate nine people. The villa has own finnish sauna, jacuzzi and a fire hut. You can enjoy those privately with your own group. Villa also has a variety of sledges and snow toys for children. We warmly welcome everyone to experience Lapland nature and winter from our beautiful Villa Kinos.

Villa was completed in June 2022 with high quality materials and decoration choices. The villa has all the comforts that one can need, from running water, air conditioning and a high-quality kitchen with wine cabinets to a heated Jacuzzi and a wood sauna with stunning views to the lake. Rowing boat is included to the rent.

Rentoudu rantasaunassa ja virkisty lähdevesilammessa, jonne vie 90 m pitkä laituri. Frisbeegolf, beach volley, SUP-lautailu ja eräretket tuovat tekemistä ympäri vuoden – elämyksiä kaikille aisteille!

Come & enjoy luxury cottage in lake district Finland with main and sauna house w/ 3 bedrooms with 6 beds and upper floor with 4 beds more, 2 saunas, upstairs game area and all necessary amenities + bathtub. Beach & terrace to south. There is also an outdoor fireplace with small "half-cottage" / laavu on the north side of the peninsula. Preferred arrival/departure day for longer stays is Sunday.
