Many outdoors possibilities: fishing, ice fishing, berry picking, paddling, skiing, crosscountry skiing, hiking, hunting snowgoose, bicycling, bathing in the river, watching the Northern lights, bird watching.. No place to store luggage outside of stay. -Mini kitchen with cooking facilities. -No oven (stove) -Microwave oven -No washing machine. -Big porch. Steep and narrow stairs to the attic.Access to nature for walks in the summer and skiing in the winter. Great conditions for northern lights. 10 minutes walk to the university and 15 minutes to the city center where among other things the shopping are.

The house is from 2004, situated 25 meters from the sea, with a beautiful view from the living room and terrace. It is modern equipped with dishwasher, microwave, freezer and all the kitchen equipment you will need, floor heating in the bathroom, laundry room and entrance area. The bedrooms are quite spacious with good quality beds. During spring, summer and autumn a boat for 4 people, with an outboard engine, is available for rent. Perfectly situated for day trips around the area. :)

Velkommen til hytta vår, som ligger i et rolig område ved en innsjø. Hytta har en nydelig utsikt, og her er muligheter for å oppleve både nordlyset og midnattssol. Området har varierte muligheter for hiking, friluftsliv og opplevelser hele året. Spør oss gjerne om tips :) OBS! Sovehemsen er åpen, og egner seg ikke for barn. Barn kan bruke soverom, sovesofa i stua, eller en flyttbar gulvmadrass. Hytta har en varmtvannstank på 120 liter, det er varmtvann til 3 - 4 personer.

The house contains 2 bedrooms with king size beds, 1 bedroom with 4 bunk beds and a TV room with a double sofa bed.
