És un dúplex que consta de un salón comedor con cocina abierta, dos habitaciones y dos baños. Bien equipado con todo lo que necesitas. Está bien equipado. El apartamento es entero con uso exclusivo para los huéspedes que lo alquilan. Pueden acceder libremente a todas sus estancias. En la parte de abajo se encuentra el salón con cocina abierta, una habitación de matrimonio y un baño. En el salón hay un sofá-cama pequeño. Subiendo unas escaleras, en la parte de arriba, se puede encontrar un pequeño espacio de trabajo abierto, una habitación de matrimonio y un baño. En el apartamento siempre encontrarás ropa de cama limpia, toallas, jabón y papel higiénico. La cocina tiene microondas, horno, nevera, congelador, tostadora, fogones, exprimidor, cafetera y todo lo necesario. También hay lavadora y plancha. So, at check in, we reserve the right of admission. * exception: minors over 7 years old, with parents. * Smoking is totally forbidden in the whole apartment (fines may be applied if not respected), except in the back balcony. * Towels are only for apartment use, NOT to take to the beach. * Bicycles are NOT allowed inside the apartment. - LATE CHECK IN: arriving after 23.30hs, there is an extra 20 euros fee, that have to be paid, cash, on arrival. - KEYS: losing set of keys is a 20 euros fee charge.
