First floor apartment of traditional Cycladic style with roof garden, in the heart of the settlement of Parikia, for 4-7 guests. Ideally situated, it offers tranquility and relaxation, and convenient central location. In walking distance: all the interesting sight (old market, frankish castle), bakery, shops, the port, the bus station and the taxi stand. The sea is at a few meters distance from the house, and in 2 minutes you can reach the sea-side street, where you can enjoy the sunset view.

From the lounge area, you have access to the private balcony with the Jacuzzi and breathtaking views.

Located in Livadia, in the island of Paros, at a wind protected cove in 20m walking distance from a sandy beach. The total living space is 105 m2, it can accommodate comfortably up to 4 guests and is ideal for large groups or families. Surrounded by terrace, at an elevated position which offers sea view, walking distance from the beach and the center of Paroikia. Following the Cycladic tradition, the house has been painted white. Inside however, has decorated in minimal design.

Villa Caterina is one house 50 m2 with spectacular view. It can accommodate 4 to 6 people. Entering by its private entrance to the enormous terrace of the villa that you enjoy your lunch/dinner by watching sunsets and sunrises. It is fully equipped has a spacious living room / sitting area that also has 2 single beds, a new kitchen with all appliances feels like home. There is also Master bedroom and a bathroom. It can be given with a guest room that can accommodate a 2 people.

Fira town is only 20 minutes walking down plus that the path that you take to reach the town, is on the cliff side from where you can enjoy magnificent Caldera views! Mini markets , grocery shops, a bakery and some restaurants are just 7 - 10 min by foot from the house.

Our new Private cave house is renovated in 2017 and decorated by our interior designers with great taste and elegance, relaxing colours and romantic details. It has a double bedroom with an king size, built , double bed, and a loft with a double wooden bed , a large comfortable living room with one built sofa bed and a table with four chairs . There is an LCD cable TV, Wifi, a fully equipped kitchenette and a modern bathroom with a built shower place.
