Relax at our gorgeous 2 bedroom villa in one of the popular neighbourhoods of newquay. There is plently to see and do in the local area. There is an indoor communal swimming pool onsite for your enjoyment! Oh, and it s pet-friendly too! tickets for the pools are avalable from reception at coast not included in the price As a self-catering villa, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay. The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a dishwasher, a freezer and a microwave. The villa is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access. This villa has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6. In the first bedroom, you will find a queen bed. The second bedroom contains 2 single beds. There is additional sleeping space in the villa, comprising a double sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms. The first bathroom is ensuite, has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower. The second bathroom has a toilet and sink, a bath and a walk-in shower. Linen, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. House Rules: - Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am. - Smoking is not allowed. - There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property. - A dishwasher and a washing machine are included for your use. - Pets are allowed at the property.

This second bedroom also contains the kettle and small fridge. Please note that our guest suite is suitable for a family group or close friends. There is only the one bathroom and that is en suite to the main bedroom. Free use of the tennis court & courtyard. A complimentary light continental breakfast is provided. Enjoy your stay.

Beautiful house with sea views throughout. You can’t help but feel like the sky and ocean are inside with you. Newly renovated - Simple, modern and comfortable decor will make you feel relaxed and refreshed. Balconies, wrap around garden and south facing terrace means all day sun. When the sun sets the light fills the whole house with an incredible glow. 3 minutes walk and you’ll be at porth beach! Trefillan is our 5 bedroom home 200m from the beach, next to Swanpool nature reserve on the outskirts of Falmouth. Recently renovated with huge open plan cooking dining and lounge. South facing patio, table tennis room and sea views. 3 rooms with king size beds, 1 with a double bed and a 5th (very large) room with double bed and additional double and single mattresses. Suitable for 10 adults or families with children. Large garden, parking, WiFi, 65" Sky TV, PS4 etc. Quiet area.

Located on the Hengar Manor Country Park, No 100 is a 3 bedroomed privately owned property. It has a large open plan living/dining/kitchen area and a downstairs bedroom with twin beds, along with a downstairs shower room. Upstairs you will find 2 further bedrooms. A wonderful, cosy and relaxing base with use of the on-site facilities which are independently managed. These include, an Indoor heated swimming pool, tennis courts, 9 hole pitch and putt, coarse fishing lakes.
