The cottage is close to public transport; CBD, Victoria Market, Royal Children's Hospital & Flemington Racecourse. You can walk to the local pool! The master has a private balcony and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and spa bath. The third bedroom can be set up with 2 singles or with a King size bed. We are close to trams (15 mins to town), and plenty of shops, restaurants and parks, including famous Brunswick Street, Fitzroy. There is also easy access to nearby cycle paths.
