The Garden Apartment

Spacious renovated apartment in the garden behind our 19th century Victorian house with its own entrance along the side path. Close to several parks, swimming pool/gym/tennis complex, and Queens Parade shopping strip. The neighbourhood is 4 km from the Melbourne CBD, and 100 meters from 86 tram to city and train station, and bus line along Hoddle Street. All this provides easy access to city, MCG, Rugby Stadium, Tennis Centre, Theatres and NGV. We are empty nesters with a kelpie dog, Peppy.

Located in inner city, with pubs and cafes and cinema in easy walking distance, yet is surrounded by trees and close to the Merri path and Capital City Trail.

An architecturally designed warehouse conversion located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Fitzroy. This thoughtfully designed space features designer furniture pieces and curated artwork. Located next to the iconic Fitzroy Swimming Pool. With two private bedrooms and two terraces, this apartment offers ample space for relaxation and enjoyment. The spacious bathroom boasts a luxurious free-standing bathtub, perfect for unwinding. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need.

The Stables, Fitzroy Nth - spacious, light filled

A uniquely Melbourne experience - perfect for an extended (or short) stay. The Stables were originally built in 1880 for the horses that serviced the Victorian home they are situated behind. The Stables have been converted into a spacious, sun-lit, private, fully self-contained accommodation over 2 levels with a shared garden and independent access (allowing you to come and go as you please). It is a short stroll to great food, leafy Edinburgh Gardens, public transport and bike paths.

The Old Stables

The old stables in Fitzroy North. Our space is a renovated old stables situated at the back of our home in Fitzroy north. The two properties are kept separate, so the house is all yours for the duration of your stay. We designed the space to feel as though it is connected to the garden, the wooden ceiling and large glass sliding doors open up to let nature in. This is a place for relaxation, a retreat that is still close to the fun of the city.

Funky, fresh, self contained studio in our North Fitzroy backyard. HUGE top floor bedroom/living area, with bathroom, kitchen and meals area downstairs. Quiet street, close to public transport and all the hot spots of Fitzroy, Brunswick and Northcote. Entry either down the side of the main house or via the back laneway and a small open space with tables and chairs to enjoy the sunshine.

Treetops Studio, Bright and Roomy in Fitzroy North

You will feel as if in the midst of a mini green paradise with the tree views from this spacious, light-filled studio. Access is via a new pedestrian back gate and spiral stairs that lead up from the tranquil garden to your private balcony. Inside there is a large light filled studio where a pleasing blend of blue and yellow notes predominate.

Fitzroy Hideaway is a ground level 1 bedroom unit in the trendy neighbourhood of Fitzroy. It's a lively suburb, where you will be surrounded by wine bars, restaurants, shops, parks and pool. The unit itself is on a quiet residential street, yet exceptionally close to trams, buses and a 20-30 minute walk to the city.
