Notre ancienne exploitation agricole, reconvertie en maison de charme entourée d’un grand jardin à l’anglaise comprenant un étang, est située à côté d’un joli ruisseau jouxtant des prairies où paissent chevaux et vaches, à quelques encablures du bourg. Notre propriété plaît autant aux voyageurs désireux de découvrir la région qu’aux femmes et hommes d’affaires qui y trouvent quiétude et sérénité. Biévène ( Bever) est située non loin des villes plaisantes d’Enghien, de Lessines et de Grammont.

Huis van Hout is een architectenwoning met natuurlijke materialen, offgrid voor water en elektriciteit. Zalig comfort voor werk of fun. Geniet van de rust in onze weidse tuin, er is een schommel en doolhof met hoog gras, en de kippen heten je welkom. Ook het terras kun je gebruiken en je kunt onze hottub van Weltevree reserveren (135 eur). Met uitzicht op de Limburgse velden!

U verblijft in een deel van onze hoeve met eigen terras en tuintje. Kom wandelen, fietsen of gewoon eens niks doen. Op 25. min van Brussel en toch midden in de natuur. Kasteel van Gaasbeek op fietsafstand, brouwerijen, musea. Op 45 min Gent, 60 min Brugge, 1u15 min Oostende.

Welkom! Je komt binnen via een eigen ingang. Verderop in deze gang bevindt zich de badkamer die uitsluitend bestemd is voor de gasten van vakantiestudio. Het einde van deze gang wordt in beperkte mate ook door de eigenaar gebruikt. De trap naar boven brengt u naar de studio, met kleine keuken. Er is parkeerplaats voor auto's, overdekte staanplaats voor moto's/fietsen. Er is een grote tuin en een overdekt terras met loungeset waar je tot rust kan komen.

Breakfast is possible, please ask. There’s an idyllic sleeping place, rain shower and salon upstairs. Downstairs there’s an installed kitchen where you can cook, a dining place and a big lounge. Many bicycle and walking routes. You can rent 2 electric mountainbikes!
