Our Yurt - Your Getaway. Rustic Luxury!

Reconnect with nature and each other all year round. Perfect for a romantic holiday/proposal. Nestled in the woods, directly across the road from a lake, it is private but not secluded. Your stay includes outdoor leisure equipment for fun on the lake every season. Just relax, I do the dishes! There's no running water in the yurts well-appointed kitchenette but everything else you need is there! The camp toilet is in an outbuilding by the yurt and a gorgeous guest shower room is up at the house.

Peaceful Lakefront Escape

Take it easy at this tranquil getaway just 2.5 hours from Toronto. Escape to nature yet enjoy the comforts of home in a rustic, 3-bedroom cottage with full kitchen. Take the canoe or paddle boat out to explore the lake’s many islands. Enjoy fishing, swimming, and spending lazy afternoons on the dock. Autumn and winter are especially beautiful at this lake. Tucked away in the rugged Land O’ Lakes region of Eastern Ontario, the waterfront Salmon River Wilderness Camp is a private, 300-acre wilderness, bordering on the pristine Salmon River as well as Cade Lake. Rejuvenate with a swim, go paddling in a canoe at your doorstep, and hike in the rolling landscape of forests, granite and clean water. Centrally located between Toronto, Ottawa, and Montreal, we're also near Puzzle Lake Provincial Park and the Lennox & Addington Dark Sky Viewing Area.

Suite Island Retreat

We invite you to relax and recharge with this unique island glamping experience; a tiny lakefront cabin with modern touches. The Woodland Escape

Step back in time. Experience living in a one room cabin heated by a wood stove and lit by candles and lanterns. Your bathroom is an outhouse. There is no running water or electricity. You can ski, snowshoe or hike on the 40 acre property. Also, within minutes of the cabin are numerous trail systems, lakes and beaches. By night sit out back and be mesmerized by the clear starry nights and by day take a drive to PEC wine country.
