Llinos and James are delighted to welcome you to Stokyn Hall. A large Edwardian B & B house, with far reaching views of the Dee Estuary, set in several acres of family owned land on the edge of the historic town of Holywell. A full cooked breakfast of the best locally sourced ingredients is included (from 7-9:30am) I am happy to accommodate any dietary requirements, please message me with details prior to arrival. Your booking is for both rooms with a bathroom between. So the space is yours and private. The rooms are downstairs. Perfect for 2-4 people coming to Wirral for an event, you can also easily get to Liverpool and Chester. We live in the house but mainly use upstairs as our lounge, bedroom, bathroom are up there. You will be 5m walk from lovely village with pubs, shops and 2m walk from bus stop to Liverpool. Cul de sac with off road parking & FREE EV charge. Kettles in rooms, we're northern!

Our Annexe includes continental breakfast. A private self contained unit with its own garden, arbour, patio, and water feature. The conservatory has a dining table and relaxing chairs. The lounge has a double sofa bed if required, tv, dvd, Alexa, stereo and electric fire. There is a microwave, fridge, crockery and cutlery. The bedroom has views over the private courtyard. The en suite has a double shower unit. Tea and coffee making facilities include herbal teas and ground coffee.

The Outhouse B & B, Puddington Hall.

A stylish, comfortable and cosy annex to Puddington Hall, a Victorian hall in the rural village of Puddington. Breakfast, of local produce and home made preserves is prepared for you by Gill in the Hall kitchen. Due to the pandemic unfortunately breakfast cannot be served in the main house. However, a tasty continental breakfast can be provided in The Outhouse. The Outhouse does now have a fridge and microwave to make your stay more convenient in the current circumstances.

Delfryn is a Victorian family home, we have three double bedrooms available on a Bed and Breakfast basis. All rooms have complimentary coffee and tea facilities, fresh towels, shower gel and shampoo are also provided for guests We can provide a travel cot if required, please let us know in advance. There is easy access from all major routes into North Wales, being a short hop from the main A55.
