This cottage has a bedroom featuring a queen size bed with an attached bath on the main level, as well as a bonus room upstairs with a full size sleeper sofa. Note that the only bathroom is off of the bedroom. This duplex cottage is one of 9 units at Cape Cod Cottages, with shared amenities including three Level 2 EV chargers, a laundry room and a game room with foosball and ping pong. It’s located directly on Big Stump Beach, with miles of sand in each direction. Waldport - a great location for crabbing and clamming - is just to the North - and the quaint town of Yachats, with tide pools and charming shops and restaurants is just to the South.

This home is equipped for entering inside and out with a jacuzzi situated off the master bedroom. Don’t forget to enjoy the river rock fireplace for those cooler evenings. We welcome you!

The Surf House w/ private beach access & hot tub!

The Surf House offers special access to one of the wildest and most beautiful stretches of the Oregon Coast. Perched on the bluffs between Heceta Head and Cape Perpetua, it offers a serene & spectacular oceanfront experience. Descend private stairs from the yard to the secluded beach below to access some of Oregon's best tide pools, agates & beachcombing. An oceanview outdoor shower, fully decked hot tub, fire pit, lush gardens, & stocked surf shack w/ arcade enrich the wild coast experience.

The Casita on Duck Pond: Dune Access

Direct dune access!! Coastal adventure meets quiet retreat! This hidden gem of a home sleeps 4 and offers direct dune access, a short walk to Tenmile Lake, and quick drives to beaches and trails. Ride your ATVs, fish for bass, hike the coast, or simply relax by the pond with the ducks and a good book. Bring your ATVs, fishing boat, hiking boots, or stack of books and enjoy this peaceful spot to unwind after the day’s fun. Perfect for couples or small families seeking the best of both worlds.

Bonsai Beach Cottage - Oceanfront

Just remodeled for a more spacious 400 Square feet , with two gravity recliners and a comfy queen bed and private bathroom and light eating area. We are located on a full half acre. We live in the main house and the studio is in the front of our house, not on ocean side, a View of the ocean can be seen from the kitchen window , there’s a private courtyard that takes you to the ocean. Please do not bring any cooking devices as this is not allowed, A 110 plug is there for EV chargers.

(Beach stairs closed and under repair with no known completion date due to significant engineering issues). Beach access within 1/2 mile south and north. Beach stair access will hopefully be restored soon as the contractor has finally provided a plan.
