Your pets are welcome (max of 2, pls) but are not allowed on our beds. 🧺. King bed in master, 3 TV's (two 55” & one 32”), coffee bar with Keurig, strong WiFi. Guests will have access to the farm during specific hours, as well as over 2.5 miles of paths and two ponds to explore. With your feet in the sand, by a fire, in the hot tub, on the trails, or getting some goat/animal therapy, The Farmhouse and Sanctuary has something to offer for all.

Chauffeur’s Apartment on Historic Property

Enjoy the former chauffeur's quarters located on the grounds of our National Register of Historic Places property with access to the tranquil gardens of the Manor House. The kitchen is complete and the comfortable full-sized bed should provide a good night's rest. Downtown activities are within easy walking distance. There are multiple seating areas to enjoy the extensive gardens on the one acre grounds that are shared with the main property. We cannot host guests under the age of 16.

The Cottage at Dream Acres is situated with its own private drive on our 8 acre working horse farm located near Florence SC at the I-20/ I-95 corridor, 5 mins off the highway. We are the 1/2 way point between NY & FL. Relax and unwind from a long roadtrip or take a weekend farm-stay getaway. All the amenities of a larger home with the convenience of a smaller space! Family Friendly; sleeps up to 4, newly renovated in 2020, petting zoo, outdoor fire pit, tree swing, picnic table!
