We try our best to be allergen free! The home is located 1 block from the quaint downtown and just steps away from Wabash Park and the Wabash Cannonball trailhead. West Unity is right along the Ohio Turnpike between exit 13 and 25. There are many adventures awaiting locally and even more within an hour's drive.

"Hunter's Ridge" is one of 12 cabins my husband and I purchased in 1997. It is a small 3-room log cabin with a private, queen bedroom. The living area has a futon sofa bed and a small loft with a mattress. There are complimentary kayaks & canoes to navigate the islands and free bicycles for the wooded hiking trail. There is a kitchenette with the essentials. There is a brass hand-pump toilet and wooden tub with only a shower head to rinse off. There is a 2-person hot tub overlooking the river.

Centrally located near the conveniences of the northside of Defiance near the College, restaurants, and shops. Also just off of US 24 which puts you in some great larger cities with just a short drive. Themed with the rich history of how Defiance came to be through General Anthony Wayne's defiance of the "English, Indians and all the Demons of Hell" shortly after the Revolutionary War.

We provide two kayaks and paddles to add an adventure to your enjoyable stay. There are also games and puzzles for your group to make memories together!

The Granary is a unique and spacious home. Set on a small farm, it was converted from barn to cottage in the late 1990's. Pets are allowed (for fee) and our dog and cats may stop by to visit. Great for families visiting home, or looking for a place to get away. Great for travelers visiting the Gilboa Quarry. No parties or events per AirBNB policy. **IMPORTANT: 1 queen size bed on the first floor The other beds are open lofts visible to each other and accessible by very STEEP stairs.
