Our studio condo is located on a beautiful white sand beach in Panama City Beach! Our building, Fountainebleau Terrace, was one of the original and most prestigious hotels built in the area in 1965. It has since been updated with renovations to bring back the charm and beauty of the mid-century modern era and preserving a sense of nostalgia. Welcome to our fun family getaway! Our home is equipped with everything you need to make great vacation memories: private pool, ample balconies, game room and fire pit. We provide super-fast wifi, a chef’s kitchen, and sleeping arrangements for 13 guests. Just a 10 minute drive to Pier Park and just 7 minutes to Rosemary Beach & 30A. We are dog-friendly with payment of a $170 pet fee. Three dogs maximum. We offer pool heating and a golf cart rental; each for an additional fee. Details below.

Small Waves is set in the Blue Mountain Beach area, which is well-known for its charm, its restaurants, & its famous ice cream shop. We have an EV car charger for electric cars (no extra fee) plus access to an electric golf cart (extra fee). Bedroom has a king size bed & twin bed & there are also 2 twin beds upstairs.
