This home offers 'casual luxury' with premium furnishings and cool, comfortable linens and fabrics. We are located in the heart of Esperanza, no car is needed as we are less than a 5 minute walk to the Malecon, Restaurants and 2 minutes to the neighborhood Grocery store. Coco, Esperanza and Sun Bay beaches are a short walk away or enjoy your private pool, one of a few in Esperanza.

Enjoy a relaxing stay at this centrally-located property 1.5 miles from the ferry terminal. You'll find groceries, gas stations, food trucks and Avis within easy walking distance. The apartment is on the upper level of a two story building with a secure private entrance. Two balconies are on either side of the apartment. The creek on the east side offers a lush green backdrop, and the breeze makes the balcony the perfect spot for recharging. This is not a resort area, but a true local barrio!
