This cozy unit includes Two Bunk Beds - Full Beds, AC, Wi-Fi, wardrobe, hair dryer, & premium linens for a comfortable stay. Guests can also enjoy our inviting lobby with sofas & seating, the perfect place to relax with coffee or get some work done. Step outside and walk to restaurants, shops, parks, and the ocean all just minutes away. Starting by Oct 15th request parking is provided for $20/day.

Short walk to grocery store. Air conditioned/heated apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a queen bed. We are located within a wildlife preserve 4 miles south of historic Melbourne Beach and 9 miles North of Sebastian Inlet State Park. 12% County and State tourist taxes.
