Nestled in the shelter of beautiful Wiseman’s Cove minutes from Twillingate, our large, comfortable, and clean A-frame home sits on the oceanfront and features direct access to water for shoreline fishing or floating/rafting. Our cozy home features stunning views with an array of floor-to-ceiling windows looking onto the water and surrounding forest areas, outdoor firepit, indoor electric fireplace, spacious bedrooms, fully loaded kitchen and dining area, and centralized air for cooling/heating.

The 1st floor is an open great room with a dramatic ocean view picture window. Upstairs 13' foot vaulted ceilings welcome you to the bedrooms and a 2nd bathroom with an oversized shower. You're 1 hour 15 minutes from Gander Airport, 15 minutes from Twillingate and 45 minutes from Fogo Island Ferry.

Newly constructed cottage, no corners cut here. The exterior was done in a spruce wood siding, while the interior was done in a local spruce shiplap, white washed for a soft appearance. The cottage is clean, decorated with old and new so that it maintains that cozy feel. The fireplace adds a warm ambiance. You have access to hiking trails across the island, where you may come across Foxes, Caribou, Whales or Icebergs depending on the time of year. Don't forget to visit the Newfoundland ponies.

Good morning sunrise, wake up to calming ocean sounds and astonishing views while getting in the first glimpse of out port NL beauty appearing out of the darkness, all from our beautiful cottage. Watch boats entering the harbour from the cottage window or deck while enjoying your morning coffee, and if you're lucky enough you may spy an iceberg passing by the mouth of the harbour. Take in a boat tour, view a museum or trek on one of the numerous hiking trails in the area. Then spend the evening soaking in the hot tub located right on the oceans edge. The Longliners Loft is located on Etheridge's Point in Joe Batt's Arm. This spacious open concept loft has breathtaking views of the Joe Batt's Arm Longliners and the Fogo Island Inn. It is surrounded by the ocean and beautiful barrens where you can often see caribou and other wildlife wandering about. Step outside and you are at the entrance to Fogo Island's main hiking trail to the Great Auk and Shorefast's Long Studio.

Minutes away from restaurants and walking trails.The water at the house isn’t drinkable but there is a water station on the right as you enter the town of Fogo.Details in the photos on my post.
