A wide selection of eateries and bars lie within easy reach. Wear Bay Road is within a residential area with free unrestricted on street parking. A bus stop is located for daytime services (not including Sunday’s) within yards of the property, allowing guests to travel to town centre via the harbour/seafront. The well equipped kitchen includes a generous dining table and chairs, which also looks out across the beach. There are two double bedrooms within the carriage as well as a shower room. An ideal place to explore Dungeness as well as discovering the wider area including Rye, Folkestone and the Romney Marsh.

Free on-street parking between 5pm-9am.; a free parking permit can be booked outside these hours.

The Den

Great ground floor studio in the West End of Folkestone. A couple of minutes walk to "The Leas" and a serious flight of steps to the beach. "The Den" has everything you need for a private getaway. Unfortunately the council have now restricted on road parking to residents permits only 😩, and I’m unable to get visitors parking permits as I’m not a resident there. Please note we have booked to put new flooring in the room and the bathroom on the 18th September.

Sandy Toes- light & spacious home, 5 mins to beach

Situated on a quiet residential road, opposite the old tram line. 5 minutes walk from Folkestone's Harbour and sandy Sunny Sands beach and less than a 10 minute walk to the Creative Quarter, charming cobbled Old High Street and all that Folkestone has to offer. Ideally placed to explore the many local coastal paths and various Kent attractions such as Port Lympne zoo too.
