Restored to his original 1925 glory, this special home is just 3 blocks from restaurants, shops, bars and coffee shops of lively Center Street and 2 blocks from the ocean. The MaxSwell has 4 bedrooms, 3 with comfy, queen beds and 2 bathrooms with all amenities. The 4th bedroom would be great for kids and has a couch and a bunk bed for kids to sleep, play games or watch movies. Outdoor spaces include a huge deck under the oak tree, a screened in porch & let's not forget the outdoor shower!

The Smile house shares a porch area with the main house/Inn at Beachside. The 2 king bed/2 bath beach cottage (formerly Christy's dental office) has since been converted back and filled with Folly charm! Amenities include fully equipped kitchen, living areas, as well as a large front porch! Paid parking is available across the street, however there is parking in front on a first come first serve basis. Due to the great location, many guests never use their car once they have arrived.
