We love the pastoral setting of this mid century modern cottage (circa 1962) in a quiet neighborhood. The home has been decorated in period pieces so it’s like stepping back in time, but with the modern conveniences. It is close to Fort Jackson, USC, and Downtown. It has been totally remodeled with new appliances, bathroom and kitchen. we are pet friendly and there is an acre or so to walk the dog, but the yard is not fenced.

This brand new modern townhome was completed in 2022. Both of the spacious bedrooms are equipped with high quality king sized beds and an on suite a bathroom. Located near USC, Ft. Jackson and Downtown Columbia in the Rosewood neighborhood this is the perfect spot for a BasicTraining graduation or any USC event. Note: The pull out sofa is not recommended for adults.
