Appartement lumineux, 2 chambres, 4 lits doubles, au 2e étage d'une superbe maison de maître art nouveau, en face du beau Parc de Forest/Duden, proche de la gare du Midi. Confortable et calme, avec cuisine équipée, terrasse panorama sur BXL au coucher du soleil et vue sur l’atomium ! Salle de bain, baignoire, douche, draps, serviettes sont fournis. Livres, jeux de société, jouets, materiel yoga, etc... Le bus 48 vous attend au coin de la rue pour vous emmener directement dans le centre ville.

Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Welcome to my cosy unique bright home, with astonishing view, a terrace and a balcony. You will be able to spend your alone time in my apartment when I am not there, meaning you will have the entire place for yourself. HOWEVER, my CAT Charlie is staying in the apartment as well, which means you might need to give him food here and there. The apartment is very well located, close to the EU institutions and a walking distance from the city center.
