“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Becker 94 is just 400 metes away from One Mile Beach. There are also other surfing, fishing and patrolled beaches within 5-15 minute drive. Our guests can walk or 4WD (yours) over the farm, or simply relax on the wrap-around deck watching the Alpacas, and weird Guinea Fowl .

When you stay here, you will be just 30 minutes west from some of the most breathtaking beaches this area has to offer. Additionally, we are one of the few Airbnbs in the area that do not charge cleaning fees and allow pets, making your stay even more convenient and enjoyable.
