Sound travels, so you might hear the upstairs guest walking from time to time. The unit includes two bedrooms with two queen beds with a living room , bathroom and kitchen with its own entrance. The unit can be COLD during March-Sept if it’s hot outside. NO THERMOSTAT! Huge, nice space and worth it

Over 150 years later, Mr. Owens, a successful RJR tobacco executive, built the house at 416 South Main Street in Winston-Salem for his family. In 1930-31 he gave the property to the Moravian Church.
