The Garden Studio in Old Town

This little studio has had quite a history. The main house was built in 1908, and the studio was built shortly after as a carriage house. It had a facelift as a pottery studio in the 70's. Now, after a remodel in 2023, it is a cozy retreat for guests looking to explore our incredible city. We are walking distance to campus shops, downtown FC, bike paths, parks and open space. You’ll love the open layout, abundance of natural light and feeling of comfy seclusion in a quiet neighborhood. Two friendly dogs and a few silly chickens are occasionally free in the yard.

It has a private entrance, private parking, a full kitchen, and a washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, each has a queen size bed. There is also a pull out queen couch for an additional 2 sleeping spaces located in the living room.
