This one-of-a-kind luxury brownstone, with parking, is located on one of Hoboken‘s prettiest streets. This warm and inviting home has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths with an in-unit washer/dryer. The home’s beautiful wooden doors open into a chefs‘ kitchen with an oversized island that has four barstools and a wet bar. Entertain with your indoor grill and six-burner stove. A lovely office space is on one side of the kitchen and on the other is a living room and dining room table for eight.bookings

Central 4 bedroom house with finished basement. Reviews might describe listing as a basement apartment but now the main floor has been added to the listing. Two fully equipped kitchen. Enjoy the best of both worlds in a quiet and safe neighborhood 7 minutes away from New York City (upper west side). And about 45 mins to Time Square 42nd St. Bus stop to the city is a 3 minute walk across the street. Walking distance from coffee shops, Ice cream parlor and restaurants. And private driveway.

Updated private two bedroom in heart of Montclair

A complimentary bottle of red wine is included with each stay by default. The space is quiet for Montclair yet centrally located. Our cleaner Mikki is responsible for cleaning and preparing the space. She takes great pride in her work, and we’re lucky to have her. The entire cleaning fee goes to her. I travel almost exclusively using AirBnb. If you value a space to be exclusively yours, as I do, this is likely the AirBnb for you. It would be a privilege to host you 🙂. Cheers, Alex

Hoboken on Bloom is the Garden Apartment of a classic, 1869, full-width brownstone (not a typical Hoboken "skinny") - a relaxing place to come home to after a day in NYC. Its central location allows multiple convenient routes to NYC and easy access to Steven's. This newly renovated apartment has all the amenities of home and accommodates up to 3 adults comfortably or a family of 4. Washer and dryer access. Dedicated workspace. Guests have full access to both front and back patios.

Our two-bedroom, floor-through apartment is in a prime, walkable location. The scenic Croton Aqueduct Trail is behind the house, with Hudson River views. Within walking distance is the train to NYC (30-40 min away) or Hudson Valley towns; coffee, restaurants, shops, parks, the supermarket & farmers market. It's pet-friendly and perfect for family visits, NYC escapes, scouting out the town for prospective moves, and waiting out home renovations. We reserve a parking spot for guests.
