Established in 1939, the neighborhood features lots of mature trees and abundant acreage, and is just minutes away from downtown Knoxville. This spacious suite is located at the rear lower level of the home and has a large and picturesque backyard, patio, and private driveway with free parking. Oconee Oasis is only a few miles from UT Medical Center, Neyland Stadium, and downtown Knoxville.

This 1 bedroom carriage house is custom built, with tall knotty pine ceilings and features a spacious open concept. There is a queen size bed and plenty of closet space. A full kitchen, including refrigerator, stove, coffee and microwave and all the necessities to prepare a meal. The 3 piece bath includes, tiled shower, makeup mirror, and hair dryer. A sectional couch for relaxing, or watching tv. You’ll have a separate parking space, and a bistro set to enjoy on the carriage house porch.

This is a studio apartment that shares a roof with the main residence. It is separated from the main house by a breezeway that has spectacular views of the Smoky Mountains. It is located just 40 minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park as well as Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg and just minutes from downtown Knoxville. It's a very easy 15 minute drive to Neyland Stadium. It's located on a cul-de-sac so there is minimal traffic. Please note, there are stairs to access the space (see pics).

What began as "hey let's list part of our house on Airbnb", ended up in a full remodel and enlisting the assistance of a professional decorator to create a guest suite in the daylight basement that we now like better than our main house! The suite is spacious, comfortable and very private. From the private pathway to the private patio and the private entrance, and now including the private plunge pool just for your use!
