Nestled on 6.6 acres of wooded privacy on Douglas Lake, Cozy Cove is a perfect place to relax as you view the Smoky Mountains from a spacious, wrap around deck. Douglas Lake is a premier bass & crappie fishing destination. Boats, kayaks & paddleboards welcome. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge’, shopping, Smoky Mtn. National Park, all close. This 4-bed, 3.5-bath genuine Amish all-wood log cabin w/ Amish furniture sleeps 9 in beds. Enjoy 3 large waterfront patios (>2k Sq ft), cooking in the large outdoor kitchen with plenty of seating for large groups. Relax around the large fit pit with patio lights at night. In the Spring and summer, swim off the dock, enjoy free use of 3 Kayaks & 1 paddleboard. Very large parking area.

At ground level is Large covered patio area with grill, hot tub, & easy path to Lakefront access. Cabin features inside an abundance of Ship lap and fine wood work, Master has custom 2 in 1 grotto shower . Upstairs master has commanding views.

This quiet scenic river retreat is perfectly located for easy access to downtown Knoxville. Our less travelled backroads offer routes to UT (7mi), the Old City (5mi) Downtown (6mi). The cottage with its private driveway boasts over 1,000 square feet. The ground floor features: kitchen, dining, sitting area, deluxe bathroom and full sized washer & dryer. The open concept living/bedroom on the 2nd floor is surrounded by a deck that has gorgeous views of the river and a relaxing place hang out.
